She manages the firm’s internal audit and risk management practice, including dozens of employees and hundreds of clients, and serves as the internal auditor for a wide range of leading organizations and corporations in the market.
In her role as Division Head, Sharon is responsible for developing methodologies and operational frameworks and for shaping comprehensive solutions to address the full range of our clients’ needs.
Sharon is an expert in in-depth analysis of organizational work processes with the aim of improving and streamlining them, including risk management and control frameworks, thereby contributing to cost savings and sound corporate governance. Mr. Toledano has over 30 years experience in business consulting and auditing to private and public companies, settlements and non- profit organizations. Mr. Toledano has a lot of experience in IT consulting and cost accounting for organizations and industrial factories. Additionally, he guides organizations in re-organization processes and structural changes. Holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Hupit has over 17 years of experience in audit and business consulting. Since joining BDO in 1993, she has been engaged in auditing, preparation of financial statements, taxation, and business consulting. She specializes in personal coaching and close support of CEOs and CFOs on accounting and tax matters, as well as in preparing companies for private or public capital raising.
As part of her role, Hupit has been involved in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, review of valuation assessments, and examination of the financial system in all its aspects.

Yaniv is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ACPA).

Mr. Oz is in charge of the professional aspects of the Audit Division of BDO Ziv Haft and he is an Audit Partner within its Technology & Global Cluster. Over the years, Mr. Rubin has provided tax services to a wide range of clients, including Israeli market leaders. Mr. Rubin has published numerous articles on tax issues and is a highly experienced lecturer in both professional and academic forums. Lior Shahar, Partner, Head of the High-Tech ClusterCPA Lior Shahar, Partner and Head of the High-Tech Cluster at BDO, joined the firm in 2002. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Shif has been engaged in auditing, internal auditing, preparation of financial statements, taxation and business consulting. In addition, he has been guiding banks, public companies and private companies in various and diverse business sectors. Mr. Shif specializes in accounting audits and consulting to leading banks that are audited by the Firm, as well as in consulting and assisting the implementation of the Directives of the Supervisor of Banks relating to the application of Sections 404 and 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Mr. Shif also provides internal audit outsourcing services to banks.
