Dan Attias- CPA, Head of Audit and Member of the Executive Board. Has over 20 years of experience providing accounting services mainly in the Real Estate sector. Mr. Attias is highly experienced in the audit of large and medium-sized companies, placing an emphasis on the audit as a channel to additional consulting in areas of finance, taxation and internal controls within the organization. In addition Mr. Attias specializes specifically in preparing companies for private capital raising and IPO's, M&A and in personal guidance of CEO's and CFO's on accounting and tax issues.

Sharon has over 25 years of experience providing internal audit, control, and risk management services to hundreds of clients across all sectors of the economy. She manages the firm’s internal audit and risk management practice, including dozens of employees and hundreds of clients, and serves as the internal auditor for a wide range of leading organizations and corporations in the market.
In her role as Division Head, Sharon is responsible for developing methodologies and operational frameworks and for shaping comprehensive solutions to address the full range of our clients’ needs.
Sharon is an expert in in-depth analysis of organizational work processes with the aim of improving and streamlining them, including risk management and control frameworks, thereby contributing to cost savings and sound corporate governance. In addition, Sharon lectures in various programs, conferences, and professional seminars for the enrichment of executives and directors, the training of internal auditors, women’s training programs, and more.
Yoel Toledano, Partner and Manager in the Haifa and Bnei Brak Branches

Mr. Toledano has over 30 years experience in business consulting and auditing to private and public companies, settlements and non- profit organizations. Mr. Toledano has a lot of experience in IT consulting and cost accounting for organizations and industrial factories. Additionally, he guides organizations in re-organization processes and structural changes. Holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Hofit Gotsdiner, Partner, Head of the Real Estate and Overseas IPOs Cluster
Hupit has over 17 years of experience in audit and business consulting. Since joining BDO in 1993, she has been engaged in auditing, preparation of financial statements, taxation, and business consulting. She specializes in personal coaching and close support of CEOs and CFOs on accounting and tax matters, as well as in preparing companies for private or public capital raising.
As part of her role, Hupit has been involved in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, review of valuation assessments, and examination of the financial system in all its aspects.
In addition, she has been engaged in the preparation of business plans and in analyzing the impact of various scenarios for management’s business planning and decision-making.
Hopit has extensive experience accompanying large and small real estate companies, including ongoing operational support. She also has experience in acquisition and merger transactions, as well as in due diligence processes.
Hopit has broad experience and in-depth understanding of real estate-related issues and has authored several professional articles on the subject.

Since joining the firm in 1994, Yaniv specializes in providing consulting and accounting services to a broad range of high-tech industry, from start-up companies that have needs and unique characteristics to mature companies, international and public. Yaniv is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ACPA).

Mr. Oz is in charge of the professional aspects of the Audit Division of BDO Ziv Haft and he is an Audit Partner within its Technology & Global Cluster. He also serves as a Regional Audit Advisor at BDO International. Mr. Oz has over a decade of experience in providing accounting and consulting services internationally, mainly in the Technology and Communication industries, to leading Israeli and International public and private companies, leading private companies in their IPO or Reverse Merger processes and leading various Due Diligence processes.

Yaron holds a BA in accounting and computer science an MBA in business administration specializing in information systems from Tel Aviv University. Over the years, Mr. Rubin has provided tax services to a wide range of clients, including Israeli market leaders. Mr. Rubin has guided many of the most prominent transactions in the Israeli market and has acquired substantial experience in representing his clients with the Israeli tax authorities. Mr. Rubin has published numerous articles on tax issues and is a highly experienced lecturer in both professional and academic forums. Mr. Rubin is a member of the Tax Committee as well as additional tax committees of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and of the Tax Legislation Committee of the Israel Bar.
Lior Shahar, Partner, Head of the High-Tech Cluster
CPA Lior Shahar, Partner and Head of the High-Tech Cluster at BDO, joined the firm in 2002. Lior is responsible for providing audit and accounting services to foreign companies, startups, mature high-tech companies, multinational corporations, and companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as well as on foreign exchanges, with a particular focus on NASDAQ, the Canadian Stock Exchange, and the Australian Stock Exchange.

He also has significant experience in accompanying entrepreneurs and startups at early stages, assisting them in turning ideas into practical reality. In addition, in his role as Head of the High-Tech Cluster, Lior provides services to hundreds of companies in the sector.
Zvi Shif, Partner in the Financial Cluster
CPA, partner in the Financial Cluster. Mr. Shif has over 14 years of experience in auditing and business consulting. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Shif has been engaged in auditing, internal auditing, preparation of financial statements, taxation and business consulting. In addition, he has been guiding banks, public companies and private companies in various and diverse business sectors. Mr. Shif specializes in accounting audits and consulting to leading banks that are audited by the Firm, as well as in consulting and assisting the implementation of the Directives of the Supervisor of Banks relating to the application of Sections 404 and 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Mr. Shif also provides internal audit outsourcing services to banks.
