Bernstein-Reich is a distinguished Israeli business leader with extensive experience in investment banking and international business relations, particularly between Israel, India, Sri Lanka, USA and Germany. 
Bernstein-Reich has over two decades of experience in promoting business with India and South East Asia. Currently serves as the President of the Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce, Chairperson of the Israel-India Chamber of Commerce and Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka to Haifa and North Israel. 
Bernstein-Reich's multifaceted career underscores her commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across various industries and countries.​ She is a frequent commentator in the Indian media about Israeli geopolitics and a columnist at the Indian magazine-Open Magazine. 
Bernstein-Reich is the founding partner of the Agribator, the center for Israeli agricultural technologies in India. She was also among the promoters of the Vedapuram township in Mysore. In the past, she managed the Israeli Innovation Authority flagship program’ "Israel-India Bridge to Innovation" that was initiated by PM Modi and PM Netanyahu, advised the World Bank's InfoDev department on various projects in developing countries, and founded a telecom company connecting the United States and India.
Recipient of Honorary Doctorate (2022) from Jharkhand Rai University for her outstanding work in fostering international business relations. ​ Receipient of  several awards- the Friend of India Award (2020) for her contribution to the advancement of the Indian economy, and the Iconic Women Award by the Women Economic Forum. She was the global Chair for funding and finance for the G100, a group of 100 global women leaders and now member of the advisory board to the G100 presidency. 
Bernstein-Reich  holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of San Francisco (USF) with honors, and a Bachelor of Laws LLB from Tel Aviv University. Member of the Israeli Bar Association.
